Funds Good-Faith Dossier
For anyone whose funds are frozen on an exchange or in the USDT contract and who has to show compliance that the address is clean and the money is legitimate. One document that answers every question the reviewing officer will ask.

When you need it
- An exchange froze your withdrawal or account and asks you to prove the source of funds (SoF, EDD).
- Tether blacklisted your address in the USDT contract and you want to understand why and file a request.
- A case is open with OFAC or a regulator and you must answer the item on links to sanctioned persons.
- A bank or payment provider asks where the crypto came from before accepting the funds.
What is inside
A one-page conclusion: a direct sanctions link, proximity only, or no link at all.
Every USDT transfer of the address with date, amount, counterparty and hash, not the last 50 or 200.
Every address within three hops checked against the official OFAC SDN list. A per-hop table with an explicit “no match”.
Where the funds came from and where they went: three steps back and forward, with exchange and service wallets marked separately.
Contract blacklist status, label, age, activity and behavioural type of each.
The AddedBlackList event date with its transaction hash from our freeze corpus, and honest statistics on what happens to such addresses.
Whether the funds arrived before a counterparty was frozen. This is the core good-faith argument.
A ready draft to the exchange or Tether, built from the dossier facts, with an exhibit index.
What to collect on your side so the package is complete on first submission, and an owner declaration to sign.
Engine version, data date, register hash and conclusions hash: anyone can verify the document has not been altered.
Why Onyx
The crypto-screening market has three layers, and none of them gives a person with frozen funds what they actually need.
Their expert reports are available to exchanges, banks and law enforcement under enterprise contracts. They are not sold directly to individuals, and some of these platforms are not available to users in the CIS at all.
Mass-market AML services hand out a risk percentage or a one-page “certificate”. A compliance officer sees a conclusion without evidence: no register, no trace, no explanation of where the number came from.
Most “fund recovery” services buy the same risk score from a checker, add a hand-written letter and charge as if it were an expert examination. Almost none of them have their own engine.
The dossier is built by the proprietary Onyx forensic engine under our methodology. It relies on data checkers do not have: our own corpus of Tether freeze events collected straight from the contract, and a CIS scam-address database fed by our community.
Why nobody else does the same
Building this document takes three things at once: an engine that reads the blockchain directly, a freeze history accumulated every day since March 2025, and knowing exactly what an exchange compliance team asks for. The large players have the first but do not sell to individuals. Checkers have access to other people's data but do not build an evidence base. Lawyers know the procedure but cannot read the blockchain. We have not found another product on the market that combines all of this in one document for the owner of the funds.
Why only $199
- We pay for no one else's licence: the engine and the data are ours, so there is no resale margin in the price.
- What takes an analyst days of manual work, our engine works through under our methodology far faster, and that saving stays with you.
- The price matches the problem of someone whose funds are frozen, not a law firm's hourly rate. Helping many people serves us better than selling one expensive examination.
How it works
USDT TRC-20; the exact amount with cents is your order number. No registration.
The proprietary Onyx forensic engine works through the address history under our methodology: register, trace, screening, analysis.

Honest about the limits
- Nobody truthful promises an unfreeze: the decision belongs to the exchange or issuer compliance team. We provide the strongest evidence package and the right route.
- If any of your direct counterparties are sanctioned addresses, the dossier will show it. Such a case needs a US lawyer, and we will say so plainly.
- We do not use the closed clusters of commercial analytics platforms and do not pretend to. Every fact in the dossier is publicly verifiable.
Questions
How is the dossier different from the $39 extended report?
The extended report shows an address's risks to you: before a deal or out of curiosity. The dossier is built for a third party, the compliance officer: full register, three-hop sanctions screening, temporal analysis, a letter and a declaration.
Why can it be 15 pages or 100?
The transfer register and counterparty list are reproduced in full. An address with twenty transfers gives a compact document; one with a thousand gives a large one. We add no filler: a compliance officer spots it at once.
What language is it in?
The main body is in the language you chose on the site. The letter to compliance is always in English, because that is how exchange and Tether review teams work.
What if the dossier shows a problem?
We show it openly. Hiding findings destroys compliance trust in the whole package, while disclosure with an explanation works in your favour.
Free preliminary case assessment
Describe your situation and we will give you an honest assessment: what is realistically possible, how long it takes and what it costs. No "guaranteed unlocks": they do not exist, because the decision sits with compliance.
